Joaquín Villegas (fl. 1713–1753) was a Mexican painter known from works attributed to him in the Museo Nacional de Arte in Mexico City. His most notable piece is El Padre Eterno pintando a la Virgen de Guadalupe, an 18th-century devotional oil on canvas reflecting Spanish-colonial religious art and Marian devotion in New Spain.
